This explains how N/A Records, Inc. (“N/A Records,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information.

1. Scope

This Policy covers visitors to our Site and customers who use our Services.
For customer data uploaded to receive Services, we act as a processor/service provider to the Client. That processing is governed by our DPA.

2. What We Collect

Account & Billing: name, email, company, payment details (handled by our payment processor).
Usage & Logs: IP, device/browser, pages, events, diagnostics.
Customer-Provided Content: code, files, and related project materials only as needed to deliver the Services.

3. How We Use Information

Provide, secure, and improve the Services; communicate with you; comply with law.
No selling or sharing personal information for cross‑context behavioral ads. We may show first‑party product updates.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Contract performance; legitimate interests (security, analytics), with opt‑out where applicable; consent for cookies where required.

5. Retention

Account records: life of account + 7 years for tax.
Project artifacts: 30–60 days after project closure unless support extensions are purchased or law requires longer.
Logs/analytics: 12–18 months.

6. Disclosures & Subprocessors

We use service providers (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, payments, error tracking). See our Subprocessor List (kept current) and subscribe to change notifications.

7. Your Rights

Access, deletion, correction, portability, and restriction where applicable (US state laws; EEA/UK GDPR).
California: Do Not Sell or Share link; we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
Submit requests via support@vibefix.ai; we'll verify before acting.

8. Security

We use safeguards described in our Security Exhibit (SSO+MFA, RBAC, encryption in transit/at rest, audit logging, least‑privilege, incident response).

9. International Transfers

If we transfer data outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU SCCs/UK IDTA). Copies are available on request.

10. Children

We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16.
